These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zawadi Booking (“Zawadi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our services provided through zawadibooking.com (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to both Clients (people booking services) and Vendors (businesses listing services). Please read them carefully.
1) Who We Are
Zawadi Booking is a Kenyan-registered online booking marketplace that connects clients with vendors offering beauty, wellness, and related services. We provide the platform for discovery, booking, and payment facilitation (via M-Pesa or pay-at-store). Zawadi is not the service provider; Vendors are independent businesses responsible for the services they offer.
2) Eligibility

- By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3) Accounts
- Clients and Vendors must create an account to use most features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4) Services Offered
- Clients: May browse, book, and pay for vendor services.
- Vendors: May create listings, manage availability, accept bookings, and receive payouts.
- Zawadi provides booking facilitation only and is not liable for the quality or outcome of vendor services.
5) Payments
- Mpesa: Clients may pay securely via Mpesa. Vendors receive payouts via Mpesa to the registered number provided at onboarding.
- Pay at store: Clients may choose to pay directly at the vendor’s location. Vendors are solely responsible for handling such payments.
- Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

- Honor confirmed bookings and update availability promptly.
- Deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
- Handle client data responsibly in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Manage cancellations and refunds in line with Zawadi’s policies.
Zawadi reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who breach these obligations.
7) Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Arrive on time and respect vendor cancellation policies.
- Pay fees as agreed during booking.
- Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
8) Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients may cancel bookings subject to the vendor’s cancellation terms.
- Refunds (where applicable) will follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy posted on our website.
